To begin, head over to the contact section and complete the initial enquiry form in as much detail as possible. From here, I will set up a call to discuss your planned trip in more detail and arrange for pre-payment of the itinerary planning fee.

PLANNING

Next I get to work researching and curating a unique travel proposal for you and your family or loved one. Once you are happy with the proposal and necessary deposits are paid, I confirm all the bookings and detail what further payments may be required and by when. We also discuss travel insurance to ensure your investment is protected.

DEPARTURE

Prior to departure, each itinerary is presented in an easy to navigate digital format, via an online itinerary app that can be printed or downloaded to your smartphone. I also include ‘insider tips’ to add to your experience, including restaurant recommendations and sights not to miss.

A LA CARTE SERVICES

  • Economy/Premium Economy Ticketing Fee: $150 p/p

  • Business/First Class Ticketing Fee: $250 p/p

  • Frequent Flyer Redemption: $250 p/p

  • Domestic or Short Haul Flights: $75 p/p

  • Tour Add-Ons for the Essential Package: $50 p/tour

  • Concierge Add-Ons for the Essential Package: $50

  • Hotel Only Bookings: Select 4/5 star only, $50 p/room or complimentary if booked via the website.

  • Travel Consulting: from $150 p/hour (perfect for self-planners in search of guidance)

  • Privately Booked Sectors- sectors under $1500 or non-commissionable bookings incur a booking fee of 15% unless otherwise advised. Cruise, package holidays or tour bookings- no fee unless otherwise advised

  • Changes $165 — per sector. International flights | $75 — per sector. Domestic flights | $50 + GST

  • Urgency Fee $250 — for changes or bookings required within 48 hours

  • Pandemic Response Fee - Hourly rate of $125/hour for travel rearrangements due to COVID-related illness or restrictions whilst away.

  • Cancellation Fees- Commission retention or 10% of total cost of sectors booked, unless otherwise advised

  • Credit Card Fees - 1.825% merchant fees for Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Diners Club not accepted
