  • Not only can I offer you the same, if not better perks as all of the credit card companies, booking through me places you on the highest priority for room upgrades! When you book through a call centre, you often speak to a different consultant each time and they don’t get to know your personal preferences the way a trusted travel advisor can. With personal contacts and relationships at each and every property from the General Manager, to the sales team and concierge, you will be recognised as a VALUED TOP PRIORITY GUEST, and not just another number.

  • Travelling is part of my job … just because you see me traveling the globe, doesn’t mean that I’m unavailable! The beauty of my job is that I can work from ANYWHERE - and quite often do! You are never “bothering” me by reaching out to book something. My job is to book travel for you and I’m always here to help! So don’t book direct and miss out on all the perks, reach out 24/7 and I’ll make it happen!

  • Discounted rates on these websites can be deceiving. They are often non-refundable, prepaid at the time of booking, don’t include taxes or resort fees or my special perks and amenities. These rates aren’t an apples for apples comparison. When things go wrong you are left dealing with long holds to call centres offshore to get any issues resolved. More often than not, rates through these websites are given the lowest priority for any eligible upgrades. While I can book almost anything, I usually recommend steering away from these offers and taking advantage of my industry relationships for an elevated travel experience.

  • Whether I am planning your trip from beginning to end, or simply booking what you have in mind, I can ALWAYS ADD VALUE! I am here to help in whatever capacity you need, so even if you are planning to return to a property you know and love, it is always worth reaching out to see how I am able to UPGRADE your experience! No booking is ever too small, so even if you are just after a staycation in your hometown know that all requests are treated with the same care.

  • You can’t truly VIP yourself….and that’s where I can assist! Speaking with my dedicated contacts at each hotel prior to your arrival I ensure that they have all your personal preferences, know what special occasion you may be celebrating, your arrival and departure times and more often than not work with the hotel to personalise your welcome amenity. Much better than a generic typed welcome card and fruit plate on arrival.   • Using credit card or loyalty rewards points for hotel reservations means you aren’t eligible to receive the specially negotiated amenities available for my clients. They are also often only applicable for lead in rooms and may not include breakfast. Using your points for airfares and class upgrades (hello, business class!) is a MUCH BETTER use of the points you have worked hard to accumulate. I am always happy to discuss the best ways for you to utilise points.
